Some exciting news!

I am very excited to announce that I will be running Sylvia Can Cook’s Mediterranean Cooking Classes in Melbourne!

These will be hands-on classes for groups of 3-4 people commencing in mid-March 2015.

Gluten Free Cauliflower Fritters

This is my recipe for cauliflower fritters on Pinterest – a great side dish.

Ingredients

Half a cauliflower boiled or steamed

2 cups self raising flour

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley

Garlic salt

Method

With a fork, mash up cooked cauliflower and mix all ingredients together.

Heat vegetable oil and take tablespoon amounts and drop into oil.

Turn over when brown and then drain.

Fabulous.
